Tony Newpower is an author and naval historian
specializing in World War II submarine operations.  A
1989 graduate of the United States Naval Academy,
Newpower earned his M.S. from Southern Methodist
University and is currently enrolled in an M.A. program
at American Military University.  He served in the U.S.
Navy from 1989 to 1994 and currently resides in
Cambridge, United Kingdom.
He has recently completed a book about U.S. torpedo problems during
World War II.  Entitled Iron Men and Tin Fish, the book was released
in August of 2006 from Praeger Security International.  Please check
